Hi, I’m Gianna, but my friends call me Gia.

I’m a Finnish girl, but I have Italian roots. I carry Italy in my heart (and in my kitchen). I love creating pizza recipes and experimenting with new flavors, often guided by what nature offers or simply by curiosity. Sometimes it’s a classic combination, sometimes something a little unexpected – half art, half delicious experiment.

I’m from a small town in Southern Eastern Finland, where life moves at a gentler rhythm and nature is always nearby. The shifting seasons are more than just a backdrop – they’re a constant source of inspiration, especially in my kitchen.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me outdoors, wandering forest trails and soaking in the calm that only nature can bring. I’m also a devoted reader, always with a book nearby, ready to dive into another world after a day of fresh air and flour-dusted creativity.
